Classrooms
Classrooms are dynamic hubs where theoretical knowledge converges with practical learning experiences. Front Office Lab
In the Front Office Lab, students are trained in the fundamentals of hotel operations, including guest handling, reservations management, and front desk etiquette. They learn to use property management systems, handle inquiries, manage room allocations, and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, preparing them for roles in hotel management and customer service.


House Keeping Lab
The Housekeeping Lab is designed to provide hands-on training in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards in hospitality settings. Students. learn various skills, including room setup, cleaning techniques, inventory management, and handling guest requests, to ensure high-quality service. The curriculum emphasizes practical knowledge, attention to detail, and efficiency, preparing students for professional housekeeping roles in the hospitality industry.
FOOD & BEVERAGES LAB
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Lab offers students practical training in culinary arts and beverage management. In this lab, students learn food preparation techniques, menu planning, food safety, and service protocols. The curriculum emphasizes the importance of quality, presentation, and customer service, preparing students for various roles in the F&B sector. This lab takes care of all bakery and confectionary requirements of the syllabus. Students prepare exquisite bread and desserts.


Bar Training lab
A training restaurant and bar, equipped to impart the latest national and international techniques of service at par with the industry. Training of Buffets, Banquets, Gueridon Service, etc., is also provided in this lab.
Mock Bar
The mock bar of the Institute is equipped to train students regarding the service of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the preparation of various cocktails and mocktails.
Food Production Lab
In food production lab focused on multi-cuisine preparation, students learn to master a variety of culinary traditions from around the world. Through hands-on training and mentorship, they develop the skills needed to innovate and excel in creating diverse dishes, preparing them for the global demands of the hospitality industry.


Computer Lab
The Computer Lab equips students with essential technological skills relevant to the hospitality industry. In this lab, students learn about hotel management software, data analysis, digital marketing, and online booking systems. The curriculum focuses on enhancing digital literacy, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging technology to improve guest services.
HOSTEL SERVICES
The Institute provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls separately on a first-come-first-serve basis. The boys’ hostel is within the college campus, and the girls’ campus is outside in the city.
