No Refund in Case of Attendance

  • If a student has paid the course fee and attended one or more classes, no refund will be provided, under any circumstance.

Partial Refund Before Class Attendance

If a student takes admission, pays the fee, but does not attend any class, then the following deductions will be made:

  • University registration charges.
  • Documentation and processing fees.
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be made in writing within 10 working days of admission. The student must submit:

  • Original fee payment receipt.
  • Identity proof.
  • Reason for withdrawal in a formal application.
  • All refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 15 to 25 working days via bank transfer or cheque.

Institute-Initiated Refunds

  • If the institute cancels a course or program for administrative reasons, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded (excluding university charges already paid).

No Cash Refunds

  • All refunds will be made through official channels only. Cash refunds are not permitted.
